Automated complex ARMVATEX PRO 1.0
The automated complex makes it possible to manufacture three-layer shells from a composite material with an inner thermoplastic layer and an outer fiberglass layer in a single technological cycle, designed for the manufacture of containers and pipes used for storing and transporting liquid substances, including aggressive ones.

Raw materials used: Thermoplastic granules, Glass yarns and fabric, polyester fabric roll, epoxy resin, hardener, additives

Environmentally friendly manufacturing and products
The manufacturing process of Tanks excludes pollution of air, soil and water bodies by harmful substances, processed materials and production wastes above the norms approved in the established order.
Tanks are resistant to destruction in atmospheric conditions. The solid waste of the Tanks is returned for processing into products that allow the use of secondary raw materials, or neutralized in accordance with sanitary rules that provide for Environment the accumulation, transportation, neutralization and disposal of industrial waste.
Composite materials used for the manufacture of Tanks do not pose a danger to the environment, as they do not have the ability to form toxic compounds in the air and wastewater in the presence of other substances or factors at ambient temperature.
