Omegaman

Laboratory educational complex based on a manipulator with five links, made of aluminum and lined with molded plastic protective covers. The manipulator is equipped with technical vision for the practical study of robotics and programming. The educational complex allows to conduct both group practical classes in various disciplines, and create scientific projects and conduct research.

Each link of the manipulator has a DC motor with a gearbox, a feedback sensor based on a magnetic incremental encoder and a control board. At the base of the robot, a motherboard is installed that integrates all the electronics of the manipulator and a single-board computer. The connection between the motherboard and the drive board is via CAN.

A set of working bodies and a laboratory stand included in the kit allow to perform various tasks and prepare students for working with industrial robotics.

Tanks are resistant to destruction in atmospheric conditions. The solid waste of the Tanks is returned for processing into products that allow the use of secondary raw materials, or neutralized in accordance with sanitary rules that provide for Environment the accumulation, transportation, neutralization and disposal of industrial waste.


Composite materials used for the manufacture of Tanks do not pose a danger to the environment, as they do not have the ability to form toxic compounds in the air and wastewater in the presence of other substances or factors at ambient temperature.
